Here is the American style neighborhood I came across in Tournefeuille, part of greater Toulouse.
Look at these houses; are they not very American? To me they seem a huge change from the usual square French houses and the first time I saw them I thought they were very Southern-California.
Even a remote control garage door with panels that roll up, just like my parents in San Diego!
Anyone else noticed a neighborhood in their neck of France that seems out of the ordinary? These houses just need a basketball hood above the garage door and it's Wisteria Lane.
