In the quarterly alumnae newsletter from my college, I heard about Janera.com.
The site bills itself as "the voice of global nomads" and has a magazine, blog, and several other features.
I haven't fully checked out the site, but it appears they even organize and endorse events all around the world. They don't seem to have much of a European coverage, apart England/London, but I'm always happy to come across a website that understands the expatriate experience.
Now to check out the "Sites we like" list... the Declaration of Global Citizenship network sounds interesting.
