I recently added to my blogroll the blog of some friends who used to live in Toulouse: 21st Century Nomads. Gabriel, who is French, studied Japanese and English in college and is a professional translator. His wife, Uyanga, is from Mongolia and came to France to study French, as well as Japanese and English.
After getting married last year, they emptied their apartment and left for South America for several months, which was the beginning of the blog. While Uyanga has the papers to live and work in France, they decided to stay in Mongolia for the time being and are currently getting settled there.
The blog is a mix of English, French, Mongolian and Japanese since it's written for their friends and family, but they've shared some crazy stories. If you ever think cell phones are complicated in France, check out this post about Mongolia!
